With a full range of services, including consultations, legal information and information sessions, our goal is to ensure that every individual has access to quality legal information. - Legal consultations and advice;
- Referral to legal resources;
- Referral to translators and interpreters;
- Information sessions on the civil and criminal justice systems and on rights and responsibilities.
We offer information sessions and workshops on various legal topics such as: 👉
- Canada's legal system and courts;
- Alternative dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation, negotiation);
- Immigration and refugee protection in Canada ;
- Workplace safety and dispute resolution;
- The tenant's rights and obligations;
- Crimes, offenses and their consequences;
- Traffic offence procedures;
- The power of police;
- Inheritance and wills;
- Bullying and cyberbullying; and others as needed.
